Free Teeth Whitening for Life!

The Dental Health Center is excited to offer FREE TEETH WHITENING FOR LIFE available to new and existing patients.The program is a complimentary service provided by The Dental Health Center as a thank you to our patients who are committed to excellent oral health. While the program is complimentary, there are some rules and restrictions that must be adhered to in order to remain active in the program.

Program Rules and Restrictions:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must complete Exam, cleaning, and necessary x-rays. (No insurance? Ask about our affordable “Care Club” plan.)
  • Must complete recommended treatment to achieve “healthy” status as determined by the dentist (No cavities, active gum disease, or other pathology etc).
  • Must not have any missed appointments or last minute cancellations.
  • Must not have any outstanding balances.

For Existing Patients:

Existing patients may join the program in one of two ways:

  • Refer a friend or family member. (You will become eligible when the referred patient completes the requirements to become eligible for the program).
  • OR pay a one time fee of $99 to join ($250.00 value, plus whitening gel for life!).

Program Benefits:

  • All eligible patients will receive professionally made custom whitening trays and 4 tubes of whitening gel per year (enough for 6 treatments if used as directed).
  • Extra tubes of gel will be available for $15 per tube.
  • Lost or damaged custom trays may be replaced for a $50 fee.

Disclaimer:The Dental Health Center reserves the right to refuse the offer due to health concerns, abuse of the program, or for any other reason deemed necessary. The Dental Health Center reserves the right to modify the program at any time. Patients with active gum disease, cavities, infections, or any other pathology are not eligible to receive whitening until these conditions have been corrected. Pregnant or nursing mothers may not whiten. Certain dental conditions do not respond well to whitening, and existing dental restorations will not whiten. Whitening results will vary between patients and are not guaranteed. Some people will experience sensitivity after whitening. If you experience severe sensitivity, you should consult the dentist and may need to discontinue use.
